SupplySetu is a product of Ruhiverse Technologies. This policy explains what we collect when a distributor or trader uses the product, and why.

Account details

When you register, we store your name, phone number, and a hashed password. We send a one-time code by SMS to verify the phone number and to reset a forgotten password. Do not share that code.

Business records

The records you add — products, stock, customers, orders, deliveries, and payments — are stored so you can run your distribution business from this account. We use them only to provide SupplySetu to you.

Sign-in

A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is not used to advertise to you, and we do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business records while the account is active. When an account is removed, the related distributor records are removed with it.
