These terms cover use of SupplySetu, a product of Ruhiverse Technologies for FMCG distributors and traders.

Your account

Register with a phone number you control and details that match your business. You are responsible for activity under your account, including orders, stock changes, and people you allow to deliver.

Your records

Products, customers, prices, and orders you enter stay yours. You give us permission to store and show them so the product can work. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including what a customer is charged.

Acceptable use

Use SupplySetu to run a real distribution business. Do not attempt to access another distributor’s data, interfere with the service, or share one-time codes.

The service

We provide SupplySetu as it is available. Stock, delivery, and payment decisions remain yours. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
